• Is a Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa and holds the CAIB (SA) qualification

• Has a B Tech Banking degree from the University of Johannesburg

• Has a Diploma in Fundaments of Human Resource Management

• Qualified in a SETA accredited Train the Trainer

 

Experience:

Manolil is managed by the owner and founder of the company who:

 

 

• has over 21 years’ experience in the South African banking sector

• Has gained experience working for most of the big four banks in South Africa, specialising in the credit function

• Has held various management and senior manager roles in the banks

• Has successfully lead teams of credit managers and junior staff members

• has worked with credit applications on most loan products i.e. personal,  business, asset finance and home loans

• Has privately given talks and training to groups of women, youth and organisations on personal financial skills in communities and churches
